Membership Details - When joining the NPSA, you are agreeing to provide Service of Process to each county you select for the dollar amount that you enter. You have the ability to change these dollar amounts at any time. Service of Process should include the first attempt within 72 hours of receipt and three attempts. We have used a standard rush fee of $30, and by joining you agree to handle rush jobs within 24 hours of receipt. Your webpage will be tied directly to your PayPal business account. If you do not currently have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to open one during the signup process. Payments made to you, will go directly into your account. PayPal charges no monthly or setup fees, but keeps 2.9% plus 30 cents of each transaction.
